Light Combat Aircraft – exemption extended

As per Notification No. 39/96 – cus, Machinery, equipment, instruments, components, spares, tools, accessories, computer software, mock ups and models, raw materials and consumables required for the purposes of Light Combat Aircraft Programme (LCAP) of the Ministry of Defence. This notification was to expire on 1^st July 2006. Now this is extended up to 28^th March 2010. Why 28^th? Board only knows!
