Anti duping duty on Pentaerythritol - also extended
Similarly the anti dumping duty on Pentaerythritol, originating in, or exported from, Taiwan and Japan, imposed vide Notification No.119/2002-Customs, dated the 31st October, 2002 with effect from 27.2.2002 and would have expired on 27.2.2007 and is now extended for another year till 26.2.2008. But that was too close! But the Board has done it; they could renew it before expiry!
