Anti duping duty on Hydrofluoric acid - extended
The anti dumping duty on Hydrofluoric acid, originating in, or exported from, the People's Republic of China, was imposed vide notification No.10/2003-Customs, dated the 15th January, 2003 with effect from 28.2.2002 and was to expire on 28.2.2007. Now on he recommendationsof the Designated Authority, extended the duty for another year till 27.2.2008.
