SEZ rules amended - silently
The SEZ Rules have been amended, but the Commerce Ministry was more secretive than the Finance Ministry. They could not be persuaded to part with the Rules which should have been in the public domain. The government goes out of its way to hide information from the public for a few days – and they would not mind using all their bureaucratic power to deny that information to the citizens - their masters. They can do this only for a few days! But they still do it religiously and bureaucratically.
