Anti dumping duty on saccharin – provisional duty confirmed.

The provisional anti-dumping duty on import of Saccharin originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China imposed vide Customs Notification. No.54/2006, dated the 6 th June, 2006, is now confirmed with effect from from the date of the original provisional imposition.
