Import of Nylon Tyre Cord Fabrics – anti dumping – provisional assessment
Anti dumping duty was imposed on Nylon Tyre Cord Fabrics originating in, or exported from, the People’s Republic of China by Notification No., dated the 27th April, 2005.
M/s JunmaTyre Cord Company Limited, People’s Republic of China has requested for review and the designated authority has recommended provisional assessment.
Now the government has notified that pending the outcome of the review by the designated authority, these goods when exported by M/s JunmaTyre Cord Company Limited, People’s Republic of China and imported into India, shall be subjected to provisional assessment till the review is completed.
