Ruia gets notice from DRI
The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence has issued a show cause notice to Mr Pawan Kumar Ruia, who had just acquired Dunlop India. The case will be adjudicated by the Commissioner of Customs. Mr. Ruia termed the charge as false and fabricated and proposes to challenge it at the appropriate forum.
