Pune Airport notified for all purposes
As per Section 7 of the Customs Act the Board may appoint ports and airports which alone shall be the ports for unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods. Notification No. 61/94 notifies the various airports. Pune has been an airport only for unloading of certain goods now it is made an airport for unloading of all imported goods and loading of export goods. Will Vizag Customs do something like this?
