Contempt charge against Customs Commissioner

A Vacation Bench of the Supreme Court by an order directed a Customs Commissioner to appear before the Court in person on October 2 to show cause as to why contempt proceedings should not be drawn against him for not releasing seized goods as directed by the High Court..
