Import of Crude Edible Oils- DGFT relaxes restrictions
As per par 4.7 of the Handbook, Advance Licence can be given on the basis of self declaration where SION is not fixed. But this does not apply to vegetable oils. Now DGFT has relaxed this restriction and allows licence with prior export condition.
