EOUs – refund of duty paid on fuels procured from Oil Companies and Depots of Public Sector Oil Companies

As per para 6.11(c )( iv) of the FTP, EOUs are eligible for the benefits

c) In addition, EOU / EHTP / STP / BTP units shall be entitled to following:-

iv) Reimbursement of Duty paid on fuels procured from domestic oil companies as per Drawback rate notified by DGFT from time to time.

Now this is amended to read as “Reimbursement of duty paid on fuel procured from domestic oil companies / Depots of domestic oil Public Sector Undertakings as per drawback rate notified by DGFT from time to time.”
