Import of live stock and products - Low Pathogenic Avian Influenza is also good reason

As per Condition 16 of Chapter 1 A (General Notes to Import Policy) of the ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import items, 2004-09, Import into India of certain livestock and livestock products shall be prohibited from all countries in view of the reported outbreak of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (Fowl Plague).

Now this is amended to read as

prohibited from all countries, in view of Avian Influenza (both Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza and Low Pathogenic Avian Influenza)
