Surat floods – a way to evade taxes

Notices are appearing in local newspapers, "It is to bring to the notice of all concerned that all the documents maintained till August 7 have been destroyed completely in the floods". So the flood is used as good tool to dodge tax officials. Believe us; don’t ask for records!
