Re export of imported goods under Served from India Scheme
Board has issued instructions on the procedure to re export goods imported under Served from India Scheme and ViseshKrishi and Gram UdyogYojana.
1. Re-export of goods from the same port from where the goods were imported;
2. The goods to be re-exported within 6 months from the date of import;
3. The goods are not put into use after import
Based on a certificate from Customs, the DGFT’s office will issue a fresh scrip for 98% of the debit.
