DAP manufacturers who can freely export their own manufactures
Export Licensing Note 1 in Chapter 31 of Schedule 2 (Exports) of the ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items, 2004-09, specifies the list of manufacturers who can export their own products freely. Now the names of the following companies are deleted from the list:-
1. Rashtriya Chemical and Fertilisers Ltd.
2. EID Parry India Ltd.
3. Coromandal Fertilizers Ltd.(CFI)
4. Deepak Fertilizers and Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd., New Delhi 110017
5. Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertiliser Company Ltd., Bharuch
Further some names are changed as follows-
1. M/s.Indogulf Corporation Ltd changed to M/s.Hindalco Industries Limited
2. M/s.Hind Lever Chemical Limited changed to M/s.Tata Chemicals Limited (Phosphate Business Division)
The following companies are added to the list of NKP manufacturers..
