Anti dumping duty on sodium nitrite to continue
The Anti dumping duty on Sodium Nitrite originating in, or exported from China PR was imposed in the year 2000 by Notification No.147/2000-cus. The Designated Authority after conducting Sunset Review has recommended continued imposition of a definitive anti dumping duty on the product. So the Government has now imposed this anti dumping duty for another five years. Consequently Notification No.147/2000-cus. is rescinded.
