NTT comes into force
The National Tax Tribunal is born. The Law Ministry’s Notification emphatically states “the Central Government hereby establishes, with immediate effect, the National Tax Tribunal.” The Rules are not made, the members are not appointed, the benches are not specified, but these are steps in the process and very soon the NTT will be operational – hopefully.
