Customs Officer celebrating seizure of drugs
THIS is the story of a Customs Officer who along with the Police took part in an operation that resulted in seizure of 464 kilograms of cocaine. After a hectic schedule, he went on to celebrate the weekend in a nightclub - with drugs and was promptly arrested by the Police. This happened in the Australian Customs in 2010 and was revealed in documents obtained under the Freedom of Information laws by one of the men accused of importing the cocaine - the Australian Press has prominently published the news today.
