One more ICD notified - Vizag still remains an illegal port
Board has notified Chimakurthy Village of Prakasam District in Andhra Pradesh as an ICD, but as these columns have repeatedly pointed out Visakhapatnam is not a properly notified port and the illegal activities continue there because Board has no time to rectify mistakes.
