Authorities to issue RCMC
Para 3.12 of the HOP prescribes the authorities to issue ‘Registration-cum- Membership Certificate’ (RCMC). Now this is amended to stipulate that exporters of minor forest produce and their value added products shall obtain RCMC from Shellac Export Promotion Council.
