Due date for filing IT Returns extended - for Uttarakhand
CONSIDERING the large-scale devastation due to recent natural calamity in the State of Uttarakhand, the Central Board of Direct Taxes, has extended the 'due-date' for filing Returns of Income required to be furnished by 31st July, 2013 to 31st October, 2013, in respect of income-tax assessees residing or assessed in the State of Uttarakhand.
