Corrigendum to Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2013
THE CBLR, 2013 came on to the scene in place of the CHALR, 2004 through , Dated: June 21, 2013 which notification was not made available for three whole days.
Be that as it may, we had covered the new age broker in this column .
There were some grammatical, numerical and word replacements required and the Board has done the needful by issuing a corrigendum few days back.
By the way, we understand that no Custom House has licenced the brokers - the old CHAs are continuing - illegally!
