Re import of Cut and polished diamonds
As per Notification No. 55/2001-Customs, dated the 16th May, 2001, re import is allowed subject to certification by certain agencies. Now American Gem Society Laboratories (AGS Laboratories), 8917 West Sahara Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada 89117 is added to the list of certifying agencies.
