Anti Dumping Duty on PVC Resin - tariff numbers changed

GOVERNMENT has amended Notification No. 70/2010-Cus dated 25.6.2010 to change the tariff item numbers in tune with the new headings brought into effect from 1.1.2012. This notification imposes anti dumping duty on PVC resin originating in or exported from European Union.
