Naphtha Imported by HPL Exempted

GOVERNMENT has exempted Naphtha for the manufacture of Polymers imported by M/s Haldia Petrochemicals Limited (HPL), subject to the condition that the importer follows the procedure set out in the Customs (Import of Goods at Concessional Rate of Duty for Manufacture of Excisable Goods) Rules, 1996.
