Import of second hand capital goods – No Indian goods allowed
As per Foreign Trade Policy, import of second hand capital goods is allowed without any age restrictions under the EPCG Scheme. The DGFT has now clarified that under the scheme second hand capital goods of Indian origin shall not be permitted to be imported.
