Mandideep is declared as port – what about Vizag?

Mandideep in Madhya Pradesh is declared as a port for unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods. DDT has pointed out several times that Vizag is not declared as a port for unloading of imported goods. But the Government seems to oblivious to such minor details.
