Last date for applications under DFCE

The DGFT had clarified by circular No. 2/2004-09 that applications for DFCE under Exim Policy 2003-04 should not be accepted. Now the DGFT clarifies that as the form is going to be revised, the last date for filing the applications will be six months from the date of notifying the form afresh.
