CBDT issues detailed instructions on TDS on Salaries

The CBDT has come out with its annual circular on TDS on Salaries with model calculations. The good news for Central Government employees is that the Pay Commission arrears to be paid next year are not to be taxed this year. Also see our Mixed Buzz.
