A Central Excise Superintendent in remote Vizianagram of Vizag Commissionerate was arrested by CBI yesterday while accepting a bribe of Rs. 20,000/- for issuing a Registration Certificate. The Registration Certificate is generated online and it is a mystery why should anyone pay for it!
