Double Tax Avoidance with Hungary – notification issued
The Convention between the Government of the Republic of India and the Government of the Republic of Hungary for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income has come into force on the 4t day of March, 2005 and the Government of India has notified the convention.
