DEPB – CBEC follows DGFT in extension
The Customs DEPB exemption under NOTIFICATION NO. 89/2005-Cus., Dated: October 4, 2005 was to have validity till the 31st day of March, 2008. Now this is extended till further orders, in tune with the DGFT amendment.
