CBDT’s circular on Budget 2007
The CBDT has come out with a master circular explaining the changes made in the Finance Act 2007 – that is a full 12 days after the Finance Bill 2008 had been introduced in parliament. Why did they suddenly think of the 2007 Budget after the 2008 had been presented?
