Mr & Mrs. Avinash Bhosale pay 40 Crores as advance tax
Remember the famous Pune Builder, Avinash Bhosale who was arrested by DRI in Mumbai airport recently who was released on bail by a Bombay night Magistrate? This case went right up to the Supreme Court and the Apex Court held that the offence under the Customs Act was bailable and the magistrate was right in releasing Bhosale on bail.
Now Bhosale and his wife have paid up advance income-tax of Rs 40 Crores.
