Anti dumping Duty on Float Glass - extended
The anti dumping duty imposed on Float Glass originating in, or exported from, Peoples' Republic of China and Indonesia , vide notification No. 165/2003-Customs, dated 12 November 2003 was to expire on 7.1.2008. Now the Government, on the recommendations of the Designated Authority, has extended it till 6.1.2009 and mercifully, this was done JIT (Just In Time) on 4.1.2008 when there were two whole days left for expiry. Kudos to the Board!
