Registration with export councils – pharma companies should register with Pharmexcil
The Foreign Trade Policy’s Handbook is amended to make it mandatory for exporters of Drugs & Pharmaceuticals wishiung to register with export promotion councils to register only with Pharmexcil. Others can register with the council of their line of business or Federation of Indian Exporters Organization (FIEO) and obtain a Registration-cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC)
