Anti-dumping duty onCeftriaxone Sodium Sterile
Provisional anti dumping duty has been imposed on imports of Ceftriaxone Sodium Sterile (also known as Ceftriaxone Disodium Hemiheptahydrate-Sterile)falling under tariff item 2941 90 90 or 2942 00 90 originating in, or exported from, the People's Republic of China. The duty shall be effective up to and inclusive of the 29 th May, 2008.
