As per para 11 of the Appendix 14-I-C,
11. Gem and Jewellery Products
The minimum value addition on each consignment shall be in terms of para 4.A.2.1 of the Handbook of Procedures.
Now this is amended to read as
The Minimum value addition on annual basis shall be in terms of para 4A.2.1 of the Hand book of Procedures.
