Permanent IEC Numbers for certain importers and exporters
As per para 2.8(v) of Handbook of Procedures (v1)
(v) Following permanent IEC numbers shall be used by non-commercial PSUs and categories of importers / exporters mentioned against them for import / export purposes.
Now the following two more categories are added to the list.
