Preferential Trading Agreement between India and Chile – concessional rate of customs duty
Consequent to the Determination of Origin of Goods under the Preferential Trading Agreement between the Republic of India and the Republic of Chile Rules, 2007, notified on 17th August, 2007, the Government has announced concessional rates of customs duty for goods of origin of the Republic of Chile. The rates vary from 15% to 25% of the applied rate. The applied rate is the rate in the Tariff read with any exemption notification.
