No Supreme Court Bench outside Delhi
The Supreme Court Full court, in its meeting held on August 7, 2007 found no justification for deviating from its earlier resolution on the subject and did not favour setting up of Benches of the Supreme Court outside Delhi. The Government does not propose to bring an amendment to the Constitution, against the wish of the Supreme Court, the Law Minister informed Parliament yesterday.
