POY from Korea anti dumping duty withdrawn
On the Designated Authority coming to the conclusion that
there is no justification for the continued imposition of the anti dumping duty on imports of partially oriented yarn generally known as POY originating in or exported from the Republic of Korea and Turkey, the Government has rescinded the Notification No. 97/2002 imposing the duty.
