Amendment to notifications relating to Rebate and duty free export clearance

The Government has amended Notification Nos. 42 and 43/2001 and 19,20 and 21/2005 CENT to add the Additional duty imposed in the 2005 budget to the list of duties eligible for the concession. – Notification No. No.15/2005-Central Excise (N.T.) dated 1.3.2005
