(i) Only those who have manufacturing units and have made imports in the preceding years will be eligible.

(ii) There is an eligibility entitlement based on the previous years turn over.

(iii) License shall be subject to actual user condition.

(iv)An Additional quota may be given for actual users like hotels and places of worship.

Suitable amendments have been made in the Schedule (i) to the ITC (HS) Classification.
