Imported Coconut oil – export obligation
The DGFT has amended the HOP to stipulate that for coconut oil imported under Advance Authorisation Scheme or under the EOU scheme, the export obligation has to be fulfilled within a period of 90 days from the date on which first import consignment is cleared by Customs Authorities.
