Anti dumping duty on zinc oxide
Anti dumping duty on zinc oxide originating in, or exported from, the Peoples Republic ofChina was imposed by notification No. 115/2001 dated the 2nd November 2001 and was extended till 8.4.2007 and obviously died on 8th April 2007. Now after a month, the government has re imposed the anti dumping duty on the product. Was there no dumping and injury during the last month?
