Anti-dumping duty on white cement

Anti-dumping duty on white cement originating or exported from UAE and Iran was imposed in 2001 and subsequently extended up to 13^th June, 2007. Now after sunset review by the Designated Authority, the Anti-dumping duty is re-imposed for a period of five years from 12^th April, 2007.

Incidentally there was a confusion about the date of the amending notification. Please see DDT 374 dated 31^st May, 2006.
