Export of pulses - prohibition relaxed - RLA, Bhopal, and Hyderabad to issue permissions.

As per DGFT NOTIFICATION NO. 48(RE-2006)/2004-2009, Dated: February 20, 2007, the prohibition on export of pulses will not apply to export of Dollar Gram (Chana) executed under the specific permission granted by DGFT .Now DGFT has notified that Regional Licensing Authority (RLA) Bhopal and Hyderabad will issue necessary permissions, subject to the quantitative ceilings communicated by the DGFT Head Quarters (HQ), from time to time.
