No drawback rates for EOUs – High Court stays notification
As per Notification No. – CUSNT, the drawback rates are not applicable to EOUs. This has been challenged in the Madras High Court which has stayed the operation yesterday. It was pleaded that the Government has no power to notify such restriction.
