Committee of Chief Commissioner – for Commissioner adjudication
The Board has constituted a Committee of two Chief Commissioners to review the orders passed by Commissioner, Adjudication, at Mumbai/Chennai/Kolkata/Delhi. The two Chief Commissioners will be the respective boss of the Adjudication Commissioner and the Chief Commissioner having jurisdiction over the place where the case originated. What happens if both of them are one?
